The Archangel Committee depends on membership fees to pay for postage, supplies, and other administrative expenses. If you are not a member, please take a moment to join. If you are not sure of your membership status, send a message to Ann Noyes, Membership Chair. As a member, your will receive information about visits from our Sister City friends, travel opportunities to Archangel, news of special events, a subscription to our newsletter The News Exchange, as well as other activities. Most importantly, you will make a significant contribution toward fostering friendship between the people of Greater Portland, Maine USA and Archangel, Russia.
